Plumber Job in New Brighton, Minnesota

Here is the work: 1st floor bath: for tub/shower, install single valve faucet, new waste & overflow. Wall is exposed for access. Basement: add a floor drain near water heater/water softener. In existing basement bath add correct vent, drain & waste for sink/vanity. The original one was not vented and ran through floor drain. Water lines are still in place. Permit would need to be pulled.
