I have purchased an antique dresser that should fit in the space where my current pedestal sink sits in the main floor bathroom (basement is unfinished) - I have purchased a vessel sink that will sit on top of the dresser and a Fawcett that will need to be installed on top of the dresser as well - also would like a new toilet installed in our unfinished basement bathroom at some point as well - would like to get the first project (sink) done asap
