MINIMUM TRAINING, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED WI Master Plumber License/Health Card • Junior Plumbers are considered training/apprentice level. • Lead/Master Plumbers are considered the senior level and typically operate their own truck. • Lead & Junior Plumbers must have applicable certifications and licensing required by their state of residence. Job Summary: Serves clients by expertly servicing, repairing and replacing plumbing systems and never sells a client a repair they don't need. Focuses on excellence. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Excellent customer service skills • Able to perform all work duties in a respectful and professional manner. • Maintains a neat work area while performing a scheduled service. • Tests each aspect of the job before leaving to make sure everything is working properly. • Makes sure clients are 100% satisfied with all work. • Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving. • Maximizes lead opportunities based on company's business plan. • Performs proper inspections. • Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing correctly on each call. • Properly uses the Pricing Guide system. Diagnoses and Performs work as requested by client. • Accurately completes and submits all paperwork within required time frame. • Communicates with Dispatch and Suppliers promptly and effectively. • Maintains a clean vehicle at all times. Parks all vehicles to maximize the impact of the "billboard" whenever possible. • Willing and able to follow the Code of Ethics, Team Rules, and Team Philosophy.
