Plumbing work on single family split level house, currently vacant.
Phase 1.
Convert attic to master bedroom suite.
Plumbing side of the job will be to install baseboard around the room, and install all plumbing for the new bathroom by tapping off existing bathroom plumbing directly downstairs. Install tub, vanity and toilet.
Phase 2.
Install new tub, toilet and vanity in existing bathroom.
Phase 3.
Install new toilet and vanity in existing bathroom. Install washing machine and new slop sink.
$500 total cash as pay for labor for all three phases. Payable upon completion.
Work from 8am to 4:30pm.
