Plumber Job in Ponderosa, California

I’m renovating a cabin in Ponderosa with a nice open loft. Need to replace old laminated flooring from the 80’s. Curious if I can afford a retrofit with radiant floor heating under tile - seems only a little more than engineered hardwood if I can find a good contractor. Layout is super easy: large laundry room/utility closet has plenty of room for a system.
