Plumber Job in Grand Rapids, Michigan

Hi. I'm in the Walker area and need help on a few things. Most urgent: A main bathroom under the sink leak has gotten too bad for "the pan fix"; steady leak!
2) Hot water spigot (garden type) faucet in basement laundry was leaking so I just turned off hot water. Could you replace that with a better faucet? Thanks.
