Plumber Job in Rapid City, South Dakota

I am in desperate need of donated or very low cost services for my brother who is in remission from cancer which comes with other health problems in connection with the stem cell transplant he received. Now to to my need. He fell at work and broke his femur and cracked the bone above his kneecap on 7/24. He has been in need of a handicap toilet for a while now but cannot afford it. We can get the toilet but need someone to install it as it is an older house and is a wall mount type. I live in Mn so I am trying to get this done for him before he gets out of the Rehab Hosp. Because once he gets out he can't put any weight on his leg for 3 months and he's a big guy and won't be able to pull himself up from his current toilet. I appreciate any help we can get.
