I have extensive experience in the plumbing profession. I have been a licensed plumber with the State of North Carolina for 30 years. I currently live in Kernersville, NC, but I do work all around the Triad area and beyond. I am a "CUSTOMER ORIENTED PLUMMER." I install, troubleshoot, repair, replace, upgrade and maintain all manner of plumbing systems for both commercial and residential clients. Check us out at www.....com FOR RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS: I work on faucets, toilets, showers, sinks, lavatories, garbage disposals, residential drainage lines, and sewer systems. I relocate toilets, lavatories and bathtubs per customer's specifications. I install, repair, replace, and upgrade water heaters both electric and gas powered in accordance to customer's needs. FOR COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS: I install, repair or replace clean water and sewer pipes to and from the commercial buildings. I install, repair, replace, upgrade valves and unclog toilets, urinals, and sinks. In addition, I maintain and repair hot water supply systems for commercial customers. When it comes to troubleshooting, this is how I approach it. I talk to the customer over the phone to determine if he or she could solve the problem at no charge. If I determine that I have to go to the customer's location, I charge a service fee to visit the client's site to troubleshoot the problem(s). If I determine that the pluming problem(s) deserves further actions, I give my client the best professional option.
