Biggest problem I've ever had is working for someone else. Because they always like to cut Corners to cut cost. When I do a job I make sure that the quality of the work and material is going to stand the test of time. I have never had a customer unhappy with the product that I provide. Not to say I've never had situation to where I had to go back to fix something ,because things do happen, but I always go back and make sure they are completely satisfied before I leave period I've never had to advertise it's always been Word of Mouth. I have gotten away from working for myself I'm into a company call KB engineering we have recently parted ways. To do work for myself.
